Working in partnership with the Principal, you will provide strategic leadership across all core areas of school improvement, including:

  • Working closely with the Oasis Waterloo Hub and wider trust
  • Enhancing the academy’s role within the local community

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is an exceptional practitioner with broad experience across Deputy Principal domains
  • Inspires, motivates, challenges, and empowers staff and students
  • Has strong analytical skills and uses data intelligently

  • Thrives in a values‑driven, high‑challenge, high‑support environment
  • Believes wholeheartedly in the potential of every young person

Our offer to you:

  • Highly supportive and collaborative senior leadership team
